Saw VI censured in Spain

The release of the film Saw VI was delayed becausse the authorities in Spain decided to give the X-rated because of their strong violent content and its explicit scenes of blood.

As noted by the ICAA (Institute of Cinematography and Audiovisual Arts) classification of the film is due to make apology for violence.

Supporters of this kind of genre criticized the move as the earlier parts of the saga were released without any problem in commercial theaters in this country.

For the classification X having the film, moviegoers could only see her in some of the eight remaining porn cinemas in Spain.
